Renee and Ben Collins marked a significant milestone in their lives this year. Ben graduated from optometry school and the Collins moved to Grand Junction, Colorado to open his practice. Ben’s affable manner, mastery of optometry, and business skills have enabled him to build a steadily growing client base. Renee leads a full life loving, teaching, and keeping up with the precocious Amber Rose and Logan Collins. Additionally, Renee serves in her local congregation as the teacher-leader of the 12-13 yr old girls. Around these commitments, she manages to do some occasional fiction writing, participate in a local book club, and nurture a number of new friendships. Amber is in kindergarten, but might as well be in second grade. Logan is a delightful little “Dennis the Menace”—innocent of heart but a serious handful.
