Jared, Rachelle, and Brent (2) Underwood: A very attractive offer for Jared to work as a conservation biologist for San Diego County led the Underwoods to sell their home in Mesa, AZ and move to California. Brent is a budding mechanical engineer, fascinated with everything from mom’s mixer to dad’s lawnmower. Rachelle, the “culinary queen,” is pregnant with Cameron Grant. Jared climaxed the year by receiving his Ph.D. from Arizona State University.
